KEY THINGS WE DID

We have now worked with Aegis for over 12 months in our recruitment business. We already have an understanding of their business and ensured other members of the team were engaged with brand, processes and ‘peak challenges’ that Aegis has as a business.

 

We worked with the Recruitment Team to refine the job profile and qualities expected from the applicants.

 

We are able to offer assessment days specifically for Aegis and look forward to a growing relationship.

INTRODUCTION

SOLUTIONS

We leveraged our Bullhorn CRM solution and delivered a permanent and temporary contract solution resourcing campaign. We leveraged social media and job boards to identify the right calibe of candidates aswell as refer a friend.

CHALLENGE

Aegis wanted to recruit advisors with specific skills in Complaint Management.

RESULTS

In the 12 months we have supplied 265 candidates for interview with 100 candidates placed in to employment. We have worked across three campaigns including Windermere (RBS); Experian; TUI Temp contract.
