The Aegis relationship started end of May2015. Aegis had a requirement for RBS Complaint Handlers (Project Windermere).
We leveraged our Bullhorn CRM solution and delivered a permanent and temporary contract solution resourcing campaign. We leveraged social media and job boards to identify the right calibe of candidates aswell as refer a friend.
Aegis wanted to recruit advisors with specific skills in Complaint Management.
In the 12 months we have supplied 265 candidates for interview with 100 candidates placed in to employment. We have worked across three campaigns including Windermere (RBS); Experian; TUI Temp contract.
