OUR STORY

In 2016, USMAART’s journey began focusing on business consultancy and providing outsourcing advice and support to a wide range of clients across multiple sectors.

Since launch, USMAART has been an integral partner for many clients such as Frasers, Comparison Technologies Ltd, Music Magpie and has helped them in finding the right contact centre partners to deliver sales, customer management and retention services across an omnichannel solution.

We have spent years visiting and meeting a variety of global contact centre partners and our aim is to match our clients with the perfect partner depending on their requirements, whilst also ensuring both our clients and partners receive the ‘white glove’ treatment.

Our service is different in that we continue to be involved during the set up and ongoing phases ensuring that our client’s expectations are met with their selected partner, ensuring all service levels and key performance indicators for their campaign are executed perfectly.

USMAART today continues to expand the network and we have over 20 contact centre partners (BPOs) in Europe, South America, Caribbean, Latin America, Philippines, India and South Africa with 159 locations and more than 95,000 staff that deliver CX services to all clients in variety of industries such as retail, travel, energy, fin tech, insurance, telecoms and media.
