DISCOVERY

Our client journey starts at the ‘discovery’ phase; we identify the client’s requirements through extensive research into their business and what it is they want to achieve through outsourcing.

We then ensure we thoroughly inform the client of the potential benefits and risks of outsourcing and offshoring their operations.

SCOPING

The ‘scoping’ phase follows next, where we evaluate the specific outsourcing needs of the business through collaborative strategy sessions with the client.

We explore specific outsourcing options and analyse which of our global outsourcing partners connect with the client’s business needs.

MATCHMAKING

This ultimately progresses in to the ‘matchmaking’ phase; where we as experts in our industry, present numerous potential partners.

These partners will then present to our client and bring the solution to life and enables the clients to ask questions and explore a variety of solutions.

IMPLEMENTATION

The next stage once the right partner has been chosen, is ‘implementation’ where we ensure our clients have the right support to implement the campaign, agree contracts and key performance indicators to enable a successful go live. 

MANAGEMENT

The final stage in our client journey is the ‘management’ phase, this is throughout the life of the campaign and is done through regular attendance to weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.

As the operations will inevitably evolve, targets will change and the demand on the partner will also change, so being an integral part of the management process is the key to success for our clients and our outsourcing partners.
