2023 – Reflecting on a Transformative Year!

As we bid farewell to another remarkable year, it’s time to take a moment and reflect on the milestones and achievements that have shaped our journey in 2023. At USMAART, the past year has been a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in the outsourcing and offshoring landscape.

Throughout the year, we have achieved significant milestones, including the successful onboarding of 9 new clients and expanding our reach into new geographical territories, with ventures in Albania and Bosnia, where we’ve not only explored new markets but also successfully launched new clients. Strategic partnerships were forged in Durban, Latin America, Eastern Europe, Caribbean and Cape Town, solidifying our dedication to growth and excellence in the outsourcing landscape.

Being a participant in various podcasts provided opportunities to share our insights and learn from industry peers, enriching our perspective on the outsourcing and BPO world.

Our work has taken us to some beautiful locations this year such as Albania, Durban, Cape Town, Miami, Dubai and Bosnia. The blend of cultures has given us a such an enriched outlook as we head into 2024. It has been incredibly fulfilling to go on numerous client and partner visits as there is something incredibly special about in person interactions that cannot be replicated virtually.

The USMAART team also attended the Call & Contact Centre Expo at the Excel in London. This event showcased the latest and most effective technologies, strategies and advancements to call and contact centre professionals who are looking to excel in customer engagement. We were thrilled to attend this expo as a visitor and catch up with old colleagues, friends and associates from around the globe. In addition to this, we also attended the CX Outsourcers conference in Glasgow, this allowed us to foster invaluable connections and stay abreast of industry innovations.

Embarking on a transformative journey, we marked a significant milestone in our digital presence when we launched our rebranded website. The addition of a new blogs page further amplifies our fresh visual identity, sharing our experiences and perspectives with our audience. We truly feel our new website embodies our evolving brand narrative and captures the essence of why we do what we do.

We take immense pride as we reflect on having consistently delivered exceptional CSAT for our valued clients.. We have assisted with the growth of multiple existing and new clients throughout the year; offering our insight and advice along the way. Managing multimillion pound contracts with all of our clients underscore not only the trust our clients place in us but also our ability to navigate and exceed expectations in high-value partnerships.

Heading in to 2024, our dedication to upholding the highest standards of service and ensuring all of our clients and partners receive the USMAART ‘white glove treatment’ remains a priority.
